You retain ownership of your content but grant CastMax a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, stream, promote, and distribute it on the Platform.
You represent that your content:
Is original and does not infringe on any third-party rights,
Does not contain hate speech, nudity, violence, or illegal material, and
Complies with applicable copyright and content laws.
CastMax reserves the right to moderate, remove, or restrict content at its discretion.
CastMax may display advertisements, sponsor placements, or promotional content before, during, or after videos.
For creators with monetization enabled:
Revenue share or payment terms will be specified in a separate Creator Agreement.
CastMax reserves the right to withhold or adjust earnings for policy violations, fraud, or invalid activity.
Viewers agree that ads and promotions are part of the viewing experience.
CastMax respects intellectual property rights and complies with copyright laws.
If you believe that your copyrighted material has been uploaded or shared on CastMax without authorization, please send a Copyright Infringement Notice to:

Include:
Your name, contact information, and proof of ownership.
The exact URL(s) of the infringing content.
A statement confirming that your claim is made in good faith.
CastMax may remove or disable access to the disputed content and may terminate repeat infringers’ accounts.
You agree not to:
Use CastMax for unlawful purposes or to violate any law.
Share or distribute pirated content.
Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or defamatory material.
Use bots, scripts, or any automated system to access CastMax.
We may suspend or terminate your access if:
You violate these Terms,
Your subscription or payment fails, or
You engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
Upon termination, your right to use CastMax ends immediately, but sections on intellectual property, liability, and indemnification will continue to apply.
